Project Payments
A 50% advance payment is required before the start of any project. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion.
Monthly Services
Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date.
Late Payments
A late fee of 2% per month will be charged on overdue payments.

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project scope, feedback turnaround time, and unforeseen circumstances. We commit to delivering projects as quickly as possible without compromising quality.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for custom-developed work transfer to the client. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
